Download the Nevermind Companion App.

Open the app on your iPhone and enable access to read heart rate data when prompted.
Verify that the Nevermind Heart Rate Companion app is active on your Watch.
Allow a moment for the Watch app to begin monitoring your heart rate; updates should appear on your phone shortly thereafter.
Launch Nevermind from your Mac or Windows machine.

Upon completing your gaming session, it's recommended to press “Stop” on either the iPhone or Watch app and fully close the iPhone application. This practice will ensure readiness for your next gameplay experience.
