The Heart Rate Companion app for the psychological thriller game Nevermind is a complimentary tool designed to enhance the gaming experience by integrating real-time heart rate data. Users are encouraged to grant the app access to their health data upon request; it exclusively collects information necessary for tracking heart rates, ensuring that no additional health data is utilized.

To seamlessly integrate this app with Nevermind, follow these steps:
<ol>
 <li>Download the Nevermind Companion App.</li>
 <li>Ensure that the Apple Watch application installs alongside it; permissions may need to be adjusted in the “Watch” app on your iPhone.</li>
 <li>Confirm that both the iPhone Companion App and the device running Nevermind are connected to the same WiFi network.</li>
 <li>Open the app on your iPhone and enable access to read heart rate data when prompted.</li>
 <li>Verify that the Nevermind Heart Rate Companion app is active on your Watch.</li>
 <li>Allow a moment for the Watch app to begin monitoring your heart rate; updates should appear on your phone shortly thereafter.</li>
 <li>Launch Nevermind from your Mac or Windows machine.</li>
</ol>

Upon completing your gaming session, it's recommended to press “Stop” on either the iPhone or Watch app and fully close the iPhone application. This practice will ensure readiness for your next gameplay experience.
